Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "view cart" in the top right hand corner of the page. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including your credit card details. If paying by card you card will be debited immediately and we will then ship your order the same day if received before 2pm.
Shipping And Handling
Our shipping database is extensive and updated regularly. We have 215 countries with 7 different services from 3 major couriers; this is to bring you the best value. We simply could not list the entire table here, so we recommend you select your country from the checkout page and experiment with one of the below services. Credit Card Security
All credit cards are handled using 128 bit encryption by CardStream. Look for the golden padlock in the status bar. If using one of the newer browsers, this appears in the address bar. Of course Creatico Ltd will not add any additional fees or handling charges to your purchase if you pay with any of the card types supported.
Our Guarantee
Our products are handmade; and we ask you take this into account if you find an imperfection in one of them. We do however have a high standard of quality, so if you think that a product is damaged in some way please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and with a description of the fault and of course we will replace it for you with no quibbles.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If for any reason you would like to exchange or return one of our products, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days or purchase, we will happily exchange an item for you after this period as long as the item is unused and in good condition. Please follow this simple procedure in order to avoid any delays.
