Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "view cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including your credit card details. If paying by card you card will be debited immediately and we will then ship your order the same day if received before 2pm.

Shipping And Handling

During the checkout procedure the system will calculate the postage based on the weight of your order; before you pay. All orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm. We have a guaranteed 24 hour service an 48 hour service for most parts of the UK. Royal Mail first class is often received next day but we cant guarantee the speed of this service at all. All credit cards are handled using 128 bit encryption by VelocityPay. Look for the golden padlock in the status bar. Of course Creatico Ltd will not add any additional fees or handling charges to your purchase if you pay with any of the card types supported.

Our products are handmade; and we ask you take this into account if you find an imperfection in one of them. We do however have a high standard of quality, so if you think that a product is damaged in some way please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and with a description of the fault and of course we will replace it for you with no quibbles.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you would like to exchange or return one of our products, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days or purchase, we will happily exchange an item for you after this period as long as the item is unused and in good condition.
