It's OK to change your mind. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase all you need to do is to contact us within 7 days from reciept of your order to arrange a return or an exchange. Regretfully we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised.
- Call our customer services team on (+44) 01438 514444 and provide us with your order number and reason for return
- Items must be sent by recorded delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
- For an extra charge we can have the item picked up by our own courier.
- Please ensure that items are packed in the same way you recieved them for a safe passage, refunds cannot be accepted for items that have been poorly packed.
- Please note that only the cost of goods will be refunded not the cost of of shipping unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
- Once we have recieved your goods wback here we will issue the refund
